Oral/Lieux et formes de pouvoir
Message de joannatrd posté le 09-10-2015 à 20:50:22 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,

The concept that I will discuss today is the notion of seats and forms of power. For that I will first define the concept. First the power allows the establishment of a political, social and personal order at the heart of a group, but also generates tensions, conflicts and against powers. To demonstrate that authority imposed, I'm going to talk about the Puritanism. Puritanism is a theological doctrine imposed by the settlers during the American colonization. So we going to deal with throught three documents. The first one is an extract of The Crucible by Arthur Miller wrote in 1953, a second extract, this one from the book of Nathaniel Howthorne, The Scarlet Letter and to finish a caricature of the settlers arriving in America, how the Puritans have upset the seventeenth-century America. First we will see how they have imposed their power then we will show how they have impeded the dignity and freedoms of colonized people.

Merci d'avance.

Bonjour..
So we going to deal with throught(superflu) three documents. The first one is an extract of The Crucible by Arthur Miller wrote in 1953;, a second extract, this one is from the book of Nathaniel Howthorne(orth. a verifier), The Scarlet Letter and to finish a caricature of the settlers arriving in America, how the Puritans have upset (temps?)the seventeenth-century America. First we will see how they have (temps)imposed their power then we will show how they have(temps) impeded (utiliser un autre verbe) the dignity and freedoms(singulier) of colonized people.

Bonjour bluestar
Merci d'avance.

Bonjour..
'Resistance' irait mieux que "against powers" (un peu trop francais)
'from' The Crucible pas 'of'..

Merci beaucoup
