In a magazine article about dogs, I found the word Lurcher. But I don't find its translation in any dictionary. According to the context, it could be a mongrel but I am not sure. Has somebody an idea ?

Annie, I found in my dictionnary like you. In French, it's un lévrier or un bâtard. I think it's a race of dogs.
