(de toute façon, il aurait fallu dire : we will be picked up)

Sorry for inconvenience.
I couldn't copy-paste the story because it exceeded the limit of 5000 characters. Could you please give some advice?

Hello! on this thread...

No inconvenience at all... I can copy the whole text for you when your sentence is finished... (Don't forget the rules ... The number of words should be specified and if you want to get points, you should use a "date" (day of the week, month, year, etc.in capital letters).

Now, if you want to paste your sentence yourself, you may do it in several tries... Then you're allowed to exceed the limit... and you just delete the mark of the editions afterwards...
Good luck!

Bonsoir Behzad, bienvenue sur Our story.

Our story 70:

- Why can't we go on holiday together this year, Daddy ?" "My calendar is absolutely full. I'm not exaggerating: after moving, I began my new job IN OCTOBER, I have to wait several months to get some rights, Wilma, which is not too long for a big girl like you! I'll stay with you ON CHRISTMAS DAY, I have to give my file at all costs IN JANUARY if I don't want to get into trouble with my boss. Do you understand, sweetheart? I promise I'll come back home early ON CHRISTMAS EVE." "You always say that." "Aunt Lucie is coming AT CHRISTMAS, so you should make preparations before her arrival with your brother Christian who 'll help you to decorate: hurry up! Here are the Christmas boxes. You should have finished BY NOON, for your favourite cartoon. Chop chop!" Wilma and Christian started AT 10:30 am. It took them half an hour to organise the nativity scene at the foot of the firtree, as well as hang the colored balls on each branch of the Christmas tree. AT 11:00 am, they opened the boxes full of glittering tinsels. They were not tall enough to put the star at the top. Christian took the stepladder from their bedroom closet as he had seen his sister do the year before, IN 2018. They spread angel hair carefully all over the Christmas tree. AT 11:45 am, the tree was sparkling; they only had to hang the light garland, then the fir would be set to reveal its majestic splendour. IN THE AFTERNOON, the whole family went shopping. The children dragged their parents firstly, to see Santa Claus to take a photo with him. THEN, AT 4:00 p.m. they were all queuing at the checkouts. (...) Lucie arrived at the station AT A QUARTER TO FIVE pm, however she had to buy presents for the whole family. There was a big crowd in the supermarket: usually, ON THURSDAYS IN DECEMBER, it was quite quiet. There was a crowd ON SATURDAYS. This year, everybody was in a mad rush. What happiness that Christmas Day fell ON A FRIDAY ! People milled around from everywhere, as if they were insects! Dina asked Chad: "Don't you think Aunt Lucie should already be here?" "Not necessarily. IN 2015, she only came AT NIGHT, do you remember?" "God, it's already HALF PAST SIX! I had forgotten what day we were! I forgot to buy a present for Aunt Lucie!" Dina rushed to the supermarket. AT 6:45 p.m.,
she met Aunt Lucie doing her Christmas shopping. "Lucie! We were expecting you at 5:00 p.m., we were worried." "Dearest Dina, you know how
often trains are on strike in this country, don't you? The train was due AT 3:00 p.m., it finally arrived AT 4:45 p.m. So, apart from waiting for our tired SNCF, I hadn't expected to arrive in that wet icy cold: my suitcase was stolen earlier IN THE MORNING while I was asleep! How about you?" "My husband broke your present yesterday. The seller told me to come IN THE EVENING to see if there was any left…" « I'm annoyed, there are none left… the last one was sold AT NOON! » "What a shame!" "Aunt Lucie AT 7:00 p.m., we'll start Christmas Eve celebrations, what would you say if you chose your present yourself?" "My! I haven't been asked about my tastes IN AGES! Thank you my dear Dina! I've been dreaming of a hat for years..." "So, let's hurry, the store closes AT 7:30 p.m. Come on!" (...) "Look Dîna how pretty this yellow hat is! ON APRIL 29TH, 2011, Queen Elizabeth

'Mon mari a cassé ton cadeau hier.
