I want to know when we put write double c 'cc' or just one 'c' in Spanish .

There's no rule. You have to learn each word:

«dirección, calefacción, etc. »

But there are few “cc” in Spanish and you hear them in the words.

When you write "ct" in english you can be sure that you'll write "cc" in spanish,for exemple:
action=acción
satisfaction=satisfacción...
