I'm Julien and I'm 26. I've been living in Paris for 7 years.
And I'm looking for a pen-friend in order to improve my english and especially my oral. I'd like to speak fluent.
Of course, I can learn french.
At the beginning, we could correspond by email and phone and later we could meet each other.

phone is expensive but if you have skype we can speak easier without paying
