This word comes from the French doré, that describes something bright yellow.

Thanks for answering my question. All I found in my dictionaries are pike ( meaning brochet in French ) and walleyed ( meaning personne qui louche in French ). I ask some English people for and nobody couldn't tell me.

it means golden in English, dourado in Portugues

I think that the meaning of golden is " doré in French,
it's a color not a fish." May be, we have to add something else to that word.
